At MR Fragrances, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns Accepted
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must meet our eligibility requirements.
Eligible Products
- Only unopened, unused, and sealed perfumes are eligible for return.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
Refunds
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Please note: depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was incorrect or damaged when delivered.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return without proof of tracking.
Exchanges
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
- Simply contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
