Delivery Areas
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa, covering both major cities and outlying areas. Whether you are in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, or a smaller town, we’ll ensure your order reaches you.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities: Deliveries typically take 2–5 working days.
- Outlying or remote areas: Deliveries may take 5–7 working days depending on courier schedules and accessibility.
We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, and in many cases, customers receive their parcels earlier than expected.
Shipping Fees
A flat delivery fee of R120 per order applies nationwide. This means whether you order one item or several, you’ll only pay a single delivery fee.
Courier Services
We partner with trusted and professional courier companies to handle all deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 – 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
