All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. While we take care to ensure accuracy, MR Fragrances reserves the right to adjust pricing, update product details, or change availability without prior notice. Please note that product packaging or bottle designs may sometimes differ slightly from the images displayed.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. We accept EFT, card payments, and other secure methods provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details, as errors may cause delays or failed deliveries. If payment is not made within the required timeframe, MR Fragrances reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Distributor Program

Our distributor program offers individuals the opportunity to build their own fragrance business. Distributors must follow MR Fragrances’ guidelines for sales and marketing. Any misuse of branding, false claims, or misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination. Please note that distributors are independent and not employees of MR Fragrances.

5. Liability

MR Fragrances cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to our perfumes. We recommend testing products on a small patch of skin before regular use. While we partner with trusted couriers, we are not responsible for delays, courier errors, or damages that may occur during shipping. Our responsibility is limited to dispatching orders securely and providing tracking where possible.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of South African courts. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
